Hello Everyone, Today I am sharing this quick and tasty recipe with you all. It takes about half an hour to cook, kids and adults love it. I hope you enjoy cooking this.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Onion 1 Medium (chopped)
 - Green Peppers 1 Sliced
 - Tomatoes 2 Sliced
 - Potatoes 1 Sliced
 - Carrots 2-3 Sliced
 - Fresh Cilantro As preferred
 - Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 TBSP
 - Oil 1/2 Cup Oil
 - Spices
- Red Pepper per taste or 1/2 Tsp
 - Himalayan Salt per taste
 - Black Pepper Sprinkle
 
- Turmeric 1/2 TSP
 - Cumin Powder 1 TSP
 - Coriander Powder 1 TSP
 
 
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan
 - Add onions fry until golden brown
 - Add ginger/garlic paste
 - ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
 - Add Tomatoes
 - Stir and Fry Until tomatoes dissolve
 - Add Spices except black pepper, Mix well once tomatoes dissolve
 - Add Potatoes and Carrots
 - Fry for 5 Min
 - Add 1/2 cup water and COVER. leave on low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender. 10-15 min
 - Add Fresh Coriander (optional)
 - Sprinkle Black Pepper
