    Tasty & Easy Gajar Aloo گاجر آلو | Spicy Potatoes & Carrots

    Hello Everyone, Today I am sharing this quick and tasty recipe with you all. It takes about half an hour to cook, kids and adults love it. I hope you enjoy cooking this.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Onion                                1 Medium (chopped)
    • Green Peppers                1 Sliced
    • Tomatoes 2 Sliced
    • Potatoes 1 Sliced
    • Carrots 2-3 Sliced
    • Fresh Cilantro                 As preferred
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 TBSP
    • Oil                                      1/2 Cup Oil
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Black Pepper                   Sprinkle
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP
      • Cumin Powder 1 TSP
      • Coriander Powder 1 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add Tomatoes
    6. Stir and Fry Until tomatoes dissolve
    7. Add Spices except black pepper, Mix well once tomatoes dissolve
    8. Add Potatoes and Carrots
    9. Fry for 5 Min
    10. Add 1/2 cup water and COVER. leave on low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender. 10-15 min
    11. Add Fresh Coriander (optional)
    12. Sprinkle Black Pepper

    Hello Everyone, Today I am sharing this quick and tasty recipe with you all. It takes about an hour to make it all if you have the pre-made puff pastry squares which you can easily purchase at your Indian/Pakistani/Arabic grocery stores. Serve this with tea and enjoy !

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Ground Mutton              0.5 lbs (1/2 kg )
    • Onion                                1 small (chopped)
    • Egg                                    1
    • Green Peppers                2
    • Fresh Cilantro                 As preferred
    • Oil                                      1/2 Cup Oil
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1 Tsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Black Pepper                   Sprinkle
      • Crushed Red Pepper        1 Tsp
      • Turmeric                             1 TSP
      • Cumin Powder 1 TSP
      • Coriander Powder 1 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add Ground Meat
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add Spices , Mix well
    8. Add Fresh Coriander (optional

    To Bake

    1. Pre Heat oven to 350 Degrees
    2. Lightly grease the bake pan with oil
    3. One beaten egg
    4. Lightly rub the beaten egg on the pastry specially the edges.
    5. Add Ground Meat in the middle
    6. Fold and press the edges
    7. Use a fork to close the edges
    8. lightly rub the beaten egg oven the top of the pastry as well.

    BAKE FOR 15-20 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

    Hello Everyone , Its time to try a new recipe and today I am sharing my recipe of Kaddu Gosht – Mutton with Bottle Gourd/Squash/Loki Curry. You don’t have to use meat, you can also use chicken instead or no meat at all. Bottle Gourd is low in saturated fat and cholestrol rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin C, iron, magnesium etc. It is also known to promote weight loss.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Mutton                              2.2 lbs (1 KG)  (pre-boiled)
    • Onion                                1 Medium (chopped)
    • Bottle Gourd                     5-6 Mashed & Boiled
    • Tomatoes                          2 (Organic)
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1.5 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1 Cup
    • Green Chillies                   1-2
    • Cilantro                              For Garnish
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Cumin Powder                   1 Tbsp
      • Coriander Powder             1 Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1 TSP
      • Black Pepper                      Sprinkle for Garnish

    Pre Boil Kaddu/Bottle Gourd in 1 cup water for 15-20 minutes ( Clean, Wash and Slice )

    Pre Boil Meat ( 1 Kg)

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry for 5-10 min light brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add pre boiled meat
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add spices
    9. Cover on low heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Add pre-boiled Bottle Gourd
    11.  Cover pot and leave on low heat for 10-15 min or until water dries out.
    12. Garnish with Cilantro and Black Pepper
    13. Enjoy with fresh roti or rice.

    • Turnips                             5-6 Mashed & Boiled

    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1 Cup

    • Cilantro                              For Garnish
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Cumin Powder                   1 Tbsp

    13. Enjoy with fresh roti or rice.

      • Crushed Red Pepper        1 Tsp
      • Garam Masala                   1/2 Tsp
      • Coriander Whole              1 /2Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add pre boiled meat with broth
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add all the spices
    9. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Cook both sides on low heat for 10 -15 min.
