    Easy Kaddu/Lauki Gosht | Bottle Gourd/Squash with Meat | لوکی گوشت | HD Pakistani Recipe

    Hello Everyone , Its time to try a new recipe and today I am sharing my recipe of Kaddu Gosht – Mutton with Bottle Gourd/Squash/Loki Curry. You don’t have to use meat, you can also use chicken instead or no meat at all. Bottle Gourd is low in saturated fat and cholestrol rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin C, iron, magnesium etc. It is also known to promote weight loss.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Mutton                              2.2 lbs (1 KG)  (pre-boiled)
    • Onion                                1 Medium (chopped)
    • Bottle Gourd                     5-6 Mashed & Boiled
    • Tomatoes                          2 (Organic)
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1.5 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1 Cup
    • Green Chillies                   1-2
    • Cilantro                              For Garnish
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Cumin Powder                   1 Tbsp
      • Coriander Powder             1 Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1 TSP
      • Black Pepper                      Sprinkle for Garnish

    Pre Boil Kaddu/Bottle Gourd in 1 cup water for 15-20 minutes ( Clean, Wash and Slice )

    Pre Boil Meat ( 1 Kg)

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry for 5-10 min light brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add pre boiled meat
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add spices
    9. Cover on low heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Add pre-boiled Bottle Gourd
    11.  Cover pot and leave on low heat for 10-15 min or until water dries out.
    12. Garnish with Cilantro and Black Pepper
    13. Enjoy with fresh roti or rice.

    Hello Everyone , Its time to try a new recipe and today I am sharing this wonderful recipe of mutton with green peas.. I hope you try and enjoy this recipe. Don’t forget to watch the video below.

    WHAT YOU NEED ( SERVES 4-5 PEOPLE )

    • Mutton                              1 lbs (1/2 kg ) (pre-boiled with or without broth up to you )
    • Green Peas                        1 Cup ( I used organic/frozen )
    • Onion                                1 Medium (chopped)
    • Tomatoes                          2-3  (Organic) Sliced
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1/2  Cup
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Cumin Powder                   1/2 Tbsp
      • Coriander Powder             1 /2Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add pre boiled meat with broth
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add all the spices
    9. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Add green peas
    11. Fry for 5-10 min
    12. Add desired water for gravy
    13.  Cover pot and leave on low heat for 10 min.
    14. Enjoy with fresh roti / tortilla.

    Palak Gosht | Spinach With Mutton | Absolutely Delicious

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Mutton                              1 kg / 2.2 lbs ( estimate ) (pre-boiled)
    • Onion                                1 Medium-Large (chopped)
    • Tomatoes                          3 (Organic) (sliced)
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        2 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1 Cup
    • Heavy Whipping Cream  1/2 Cup
    • Spinach                             Washed,Boiled & Blended. ( I use this method and freeze the spinach so when needed it saves time )
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Cumin Powder                   1 Tbsp
      • Coriander Powder             1 Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until light brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed to avoid meat sticking to the pan )
    5. Add meat ( With or without broth up to you )
    6. Fry meat for 10-15 min ( If you used broth let it dry up )
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add spices
    9. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Add Spinach
    11. Mix it well cook it on medium heat for 10-15 min
    12. Bring heat down to low
    13. Add Heavy Whipping Cream
    14.  Cover and leave on low heat for 10-15 min.
    15. Enjoy with fresh roti / tortilla or rice pulao.

    Hello Everyone , Its time to try a new recipe and today I am sharing my recipe of Daal Gosht aka Mutton With Gram Lentil. This is a great recipe for meat lovers and people who love healthy food because gram lentil ( also known as chana daal / split chickpeas ) has tremendous benefits. Majority of lentils are high in protein and also a great source for vitamins and minerals. The sum of protein that exists in lentils is up to 35%, which is equivalent to red meat, fish, poultry as well as dairy products.     WHAT YOU NEED ( Serves 4-5 people )

    • Mutton                              1 lbs ( estimate ) (pre-boiled)

      • Cumin Seeds                       1/2 TSP
      • Black Pepper                      Sprinkle for Garnish

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add green chillies
    4. Add ginger/garlic paste
    5. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    6. Add meat
    7. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    8. Add tomatoes
    9. Add spices
    10. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes dissolve
    11. Add gram lentil
    12. Add desired water for gravy
    13.  Cover pot and leave on low heat for 10-15 min.
    14. Garnish with Cilantro and Black Pepper
    15. Enjoy with fresh roti or rice.

    Delicious Karelay Gosht | کریلےگوشت | Bitter Gourd With Meat | Recipe & Benefits

     Benefits of Bitter Gourd

    • A great liver tonic
    • Helps to get rid of acne and blemishes.
    • Helps fight against infections
    • Helps fight against cancer
    • Helps reduce blood sugar levels

    For the recipe you will need..

    Please note that this is the amount I use for my recipe , you are always welcome to change it to your preference.
    1. Meat ( Lamb/Goat)                     – 1 Kg
    2. Bitter Gourd (Karela)                  – 1 Kg    ( use the same amount for both the meat and bitter gourd)
    3. Medium Organic Onions            –   2
    4. Organic Tomatoes                        –  3-4
    5. Ginger/Garlic Paste                     –  1 TBSP
    6. Turmeric (Haldi)                         – 1/2 TSP
    7. Red Pepper                                    – 1 1/2 TBSP or as you prefer.
    8. Himalayan Salt                             – 1 TBSP or as you prefer.
    9. Coriander Powder                        – 1 1/2 TSP
    10. Cumin Powder                              – 1 1/2 TSP
    11. Cumin Who                                 – 1/2 TSP
    12. Crushed Red Pepper ( Optional)
    13. Whole Spices ( Garam Masala)   1/4 tsp
    14. Oil ( I prefer sunflower oil )       – 1/2 half cup

    Method

    Note: I used already boiled meat for convenience.

    Prepare your Bitter Gourd before cooking : Cut your bitter gourd (karela) into slices rub it with salt. Leave it for 1 hour. Wash , squeeze and dry.

    1. Take one of your sliced onion , fry in 3-4 TBSP of oil till light brown and then place them separately.
    2. In the same pan , add 3-4 TBSP of oil again and add your sliced bitter gourd, fry for few min till lightly brown.
    3. Take your other sliced onion and fry till light brown then add ginger garlic paste then add meat and fry for few minutes approx. 5-10 min.
    4. You may sprinkle the pan with water if needed.
    5. Add all the spices .
    6. Add sliced tomatoes.
    7. Fry for few minutes
    8. Cover and let it sit on low heat for 5-10 min or until tomatoes turn into puree.
    9. Add green chillies give it a sprinkle of water if needed.
    10. Cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 min.
    11. Serve with roti.
