    Mooli Paratha | Tortilla With Stuffed Daikon Radish |

    Let’s get started

    What you need

    • Daikon Radish                1
    • Cilantro                            For Garnish
    • Butter                               as needed

    Spices

    • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tbsp
    • Himalayan Salt                  per taste

    Instructions

    1. Grate you daikon radish in a bowl.
    2. Once done grating squeeze out the daikon juice by pressing in your hands.
    3. Make sure to do the above step as perfectly as possibly for good results.
    4. Make sure all the juice is gone.
    5. Bring out your kneaded flour dough,
    6. Add Red Pepper and Salt on your grated and squeezed daikon radish,
    7. Roll out two small round pairs of your dough
    8. Add a good amount of radish in between. don’t put too much as it ll be hard specially if its your first time making it.
    9. Then close with the other pair of dough on top.
    10. Make sure edges are closed properly by pressing the sides
    11. Then, Roll out all the way until you have a flat , round roti/tortilla
    12. Heat your pan for 5 minutes before you put your roti/tortilla on it
    13. Cook all the way
    14. Serve hot and Enjoy!

    Murgh Cholay | Chicken With Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans |

    Hello loves,  Here is an awesome new recipe for you , make sure you try it and let me know how it came out.

    Let’s get started

    What you need

    • Garbanzo/Chickpeas .       1 Cup ( Soaked Overnight ) & pre boiled  ( keep with water )
    • Onion                                    1 Large sized ( Chopped )
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste           2 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                       1 Cup
    • Chicken                                 1 Kg ( 2 LBS )
    • Lemon Juice                         Sprinkle (optional)
    • Green Chillies (Serrano)   2-3 Sliced
    • Cilantro                                 For Garnish

    Spices

    • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tbsp
    • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
    • Cumin Powder                   1 Tbsp
    • Coriander Powder             1 Tbsp
    • Turmeric                             1/2 Tsp
    • Black Pepper                      1/2 Tsp
    • Murgh Cholay (SHAN)    1 TBSP (optional) gives great flavor
    • Garam Masala                   Sprinkle as much as you like
    • Crushed Red Pepper        1/2 tsp or as much as you like (optional) not recommended if you don’t like too spicy.

     

    Instructions

    1. Chop Onion
    2. Add Onions to the pan with 1/2 Cup Oil
    3. Fry for 4-5 minutes
    4. Add Ginger/Garlic Paste
    5. Add Chicken and Fry for 5-10 min
    6. Stir , sprinkle some water if the chicken start to stick to the pot.
    7. Add all the spices
    8. Stir and mix well fry for 5 minutes
    9. Add Garbanzo Beans / Chickpeas  with leftover water.
    10. Add green chillies
    11. Cover the pot and leave on low – medium heat for 10 min
    12. Add Cilantro For Garnish ( Sliced Ginger or Lemon Juice )
    13. Serve hot with flat bread ( Roti ) and Enjoy!

    Hello Everyone , Its time to try a new recipe and today I am sharing this wonderful recipe of mutton with green peas.. I hope you try and enjoy this recipe. Don’t forget to watch the video below.

    WHAT YOU NEED ( SERVES 4-5 PEOPLE )

    • Mutton                              1 lbs (1/2 kg ) (pre-boiled with or without broth up to you )
    • Green Peas                        1 Cup ( I used organic/frozen )
    • Onion                                1 Medium (chopped)
    • Tomatoes                          2-3  (Organic) Sliced
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1/2  Cup
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tbsp
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Cumin Powder                   1/2 Tbsp
      • Coriander Powder             1 /2Tbsp
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry until golden brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste
    4. ( sprinkle water whenever needed )
    5. Add pre boiled meat with broth
    6. Fry meat for 5-10 min
    7. Add tomatoes
    8. Add all the spices
    9. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes dissolve
    10. Add green peas
    11. Fry for 5-10 min
    12. Add desired water for gravy
    13.  Cover pot and leave on low heat for 10 min.
    14. Enjoy with fresh roti / tortilla.

    Today's Recipe
    Delicious Keema Alu | Ground Meat With Potatoes 
    
    

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Onion                                1 medium (chopped)
    • Ground/Minced Meat    250 Grams / 0.55 lbs ( we used goat ground meat)
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste        1 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                    1 Cup
    • Cilantro                              For Garnish
    • Dried Fenugreek Leaves  1 TSP
    • Tomatoes                            2 Organic ( sliced )
    • Green Peppers                   5
    • Potatoes                              3 small-medium sized cut in small chunks
    • Spices
      • Red Pepper                         1/2 TBSP or per taste or
      • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
      • Cumin Powder                   1 TBSP
      • Coriander Powder             1 TBSP
      • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP
      • Black Pepper                      1/2 TSP
      • Garam Masala                    1/2 Tsp
      • ( Blend of spices called garam masala available at any indian/pakistani grocery stores)

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Add onions fry for 5-10 min lightly brown
    3. Add ginger/garlic paste (Mix well )
    4. Add Minced Meat
    5. ( If Frozen Add 1 cup water and let it sit on low heat until tender for about 10 min and then move to step 6 )
    6. Fry for 5-10 min
    7. Add Cumin,Coriander,Turmeric, Red Pepper and Salt. Mix well.
    8. Add Tomatoes
    9. Fry for about 5 min
    10. Cover and leave on low heat for 10-15 min until tomatoes dissolve.
    11. Afterwards crush the large chunks of tomatoes lightly if any with spoon to help dissolve.
    12. Add green peppers and fry for 10-15 min.
    13. Add Potatoes
    14. Fry for 5 minutes
    15.  If you want gravy add 1 cup water at this point and let it sit on low heat for 10 min until potatoes are tender.
    16. If you dont want gravy lightly keep frying them until the potatoes are tender.
    17.  Once potatoes are tender
    18. Add dried fenugreek , cilantro , black pepper and garam masala.
    19. Mix well .
    20. Enjoy with fresh roti flat bread .

    What you need

    • Red Kidney Beans              1 Cup
    • Water                                    5 Cup
    • Organic Tomato                  1 medium sized
    • Green Chillies (Serrano)   1
    • Onion                                    1 medium sized
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste           1 TBSP
    • Sunflower Oil                       1/2 Cup
    • Cilantro                                 For Garnish

    Spices

    • Red Pepper                         per taste or 1/2 Tbsp
    • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
    • Cumin Powder                   1/2 Tbsp
    • Coriander Powder             1/2 Tbsp
    • Turmeric                             1/2 TSP

     

    Instructions

    1. There are two sizes available for red kidney beans we are using the small size bought at the local south asian grocery store ( it is said that the small size tastes better )
    2. You can soak it overnight if you like you don’t have to but it ll make things easier.You can boil the beans before starting the recipe so its easier to cook  OR you can use a pressure cooker.
    3. Chop Onion
    4. Add Onions to the pot with 1/2 Cup Oil
    5. Fry for 4-5 minutes
    6. Add Ginger/Garlic Paste
    7. Add tomatoes and green chillies
    8. Stir , sprinkle some water if the onions start to stick to the pot.
    9. Add all the spices
    10. Stir and mix well
    11. Add beans and mix
    12. Add water
    13. Securely close your pressure cooker for and leave it for about 25-30 min
    14. If you choose not to use a pressure cooker at this point you can add another cup of water and leave it on stove for 40-50 min.
    15. Add Cilantro
    16. Serve hot with flat bread ( Roti ) and Enjoy!
