Delicious and Quick Thai Soup

 Keep Warm & Healthy This Winter With This Delicious & Easy Recipe

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Chicken Stock                   4-5 Cups
  • Chicken                              250 Grams
  • Lemon Juice                     1/2 Cup Or As Desired
  • Green Chillies                   3  | Sliced In Half , Clear Out The Seeds and Wash |
  • Soy Sauce                          1 TBSP
  • Rice                                    1/2 cup pre-soaked 15-30 min
  • Corn Flour                        4 TBSP
  • Spices
    • Himalayan Salt                  per taste
    • White Pepper                     1/3 TSP
    • Black Pepper                      1/3 TSP

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by using the items below
    • Corn Flour                         4 TBSP
    • White Pepper                    1/3 TSP
    • Black Pepper                     1/3 TSP
    • Soy Sauce                          1 TBSP
    • Salt                                      1/3 TSP
    • Mix and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Bring Stock to Boil
  3. Add marinated chicken
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes
  5. Add salt
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add green chillies
  8. Cook for 5 minutes
  9. In a separate pan fry pre-soaked rice for 5 min.
  10. Add rice to soup stock
  11. Cook for 19 min medium heat,
  12. Enjoy !
